An employee assistance program (EAP) is an employer-funded, accessible and confidential support service for staff. It involves 1:1 confidential counselling provided by a suitably qualified counselor.
EAP services can be delivered face to face, over the telephone, or over video conference call (e.g. Skype) to eligible persons. CHG partners with employers to provide their workplace with EAP.
