The Return to Work Act 2014 (SA) requires every employer in the state with 30 or more workers to appoint and retain a return to work coordinator (RTWC). A RTWC must complete the return to work coordinator certificate training course to be able to register with ReturntoWorkSA as a RTWC. The Return to Work Act 2014 (SA) permits an employer to outsource the role of the RTWC to an individual who is already registered with ReturntoWorkSA as a RTWC.
