- Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
- Please ensure you bring photographic ID.
- Please ensure you wears closed shoes and non-restrictive clothing.
Please note Children (under the age of 16 years) are not permitted in our clinic unless accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
Any patient or client attending the clinic for an appointment is not considered a supervising adult.
A supervising adult must be a secondary adult whose purpose is to attend and care for the child to ensure their safety at all times.
For the purpose of clarity children are not permitted into scheduled appointments with their parents.

Medical Assessment
Your height, weight, vision and urine will be tested by the nursing staff.
The general medical examination will be performed by a Medical Practitioner. It will be necessary to remove all clothing except undergarments to ensure the examination is performed appropriately. A gown will be provided, and you may request a chaperone if you desire.
Please speak with the reception staff if you require chaperone.
Functional Assessment
The functional assessment will be performed by a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
You will be required to wear closed toe shoes.
