Problem: The portal says "You are already signed up" when I try to sign up for an assessment.
Patients can only sign up once to a specific assessment. If you receive this message you have already signed up and cannot sign up again.
Solution:
There is no need to sign up again.
Use the link we sent you (email and/or SMS) to make an appointment or complete your questionnaire.
If you do not have an email or SMS from us, your email address or phone number may have been entered incorrectly. Please send an email to bookings@chg.net.au. You should include your mobile number in this email. We will review your details advise you on what to do next.
